Policies for Tickets and Performances
Please check your tickets for Dates & Times: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE.
No Refunds on Purchased Tickets: Programs and dates are subject to change.

Exchanging Tickets: Exchanges are possible only when there are multiple dates and times of the same production and if seating is available. Your original tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date for which your tickets were originally issued. Fees may apply to ticket exchanges.
Lobby and Seating Areas: The Sondheim Center lobby opens 1 hour prior to curtain time and the seating area opens 30 minutes prior to curtain time.
Cologne, After-shave, and Perfume: Some patrons are allergic to these items. Due to the closeness of seating, patrons are requested to refrain from using them when attending performances.
Cameras, Radios, Recording Devices: These devices are strictly prohibited in the auditorium.
Pagers and Cell Phones: These are permitted in the auditorium only if they are set to vibrate mode or turned off.
Watch Alarms: Please silence alarms and hourly noises.
