The Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts Ticket Office is located inside the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center lobby. Hours are 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and one hour prior to all performances. Tickets may be purchased online at www.FairfieldACC.com until one hour before curtain of the particular performance. Tickets purchased online, over the phone may be picked up at the Ticket Office will call window at any time during office hours or one hour prior to the performance.
Accessible Seating
The Fairfield Arts and Convention Center offers a limited number of accessible seating at the Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts. A wheelchair is available for use by patrons. Please mention your need when placing your ticket order.
Arrival Time
Please arrive early out of respect for the performers and audience members. The lobby doors will open one hour prior to curtain and the Theater will open one half-hour prior to curtain. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby and will be ushered to their seats during an appropriate pause in the performance.
Animal Policy
No animals allowed except service animals.
Cameras
The use of cameras, both video and still, or any other recording device is prohibited.
Cellular Phones / Pagers
To eliminate disruptions by cellular phones and pagers, these devices should be turned off or turned to silent mode during all performances at the Sondheim Center.
Children
Parents should use discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children. To encourage families to experience the arts with their children, the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center often offers discounts to youth 18 years of age and younger. All children sitting in their own seats require tickets.

Dress Code
Guests often wear both formal and casual attire to attend performances at the Sondheim Center, and all is welcome. Attire often varies by performance type.
Due to acoustical design of the heat and air conditioning system, cool breezes can sometimes be experienced during a show. Guests are welcome to bring a light jacket or sweater to help accommodate.

Exchanges / Refunds
The Sondheim Center is unable to issue any refund or exchanges.
First Aid
First aid supplies are available upon request. Please ask any usher or staff member for assistance.
Food and Beverages
A full beverage service and light snacks are available for purchase during intermissions at most events in the Atrium. Only bottled water is allowed inside the Sondheim Theater.
Give the Gift of Entertainment
Don't know what to get that special person? Give them a Fairfield Arts & Convention Center gift certificate. Gift certificates can be used during the Artist Series and all other performances and events. The Fairfield Arts and Convention Center Atrium and Sondheim Center lobby are open to the public during the regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Please give all found items to ushers or staff. If you've lost an item, contact the Ticket Office for assistance.

The Fairfield Arts and Convention Center gladly accepts cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Checks should be made payable to FACC.
Re-Entry
If you leave the Sondheim Theater, please make sure to have your ticket with you.
Reserve the Center
Host your special event at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center. The Lobby, Atrium, Expo Hall, Executive Conference Room, Books are Fun and Cambridge meeting rooms are available for meetings or entertaining. Restrooms
The restrooms are available in the atrium of the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center and are handicap accessible.

In most cases, all shows will run as scheduled, regardless of weather. Any exception will be announced on the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center website (www.FairfieldACC.com) and will be communicated via public media outlets.
