Room Reservation Form - PDF The first step in booking a location in the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center is to request a hold for the date of your event by calling the Director of Events, (641) 472-2000. A temporary hold on that date will be recorded. In order to solidify that date, an online reservation form must be filled out, by clicking on Reserve a Room or coming into the corporate offices of the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center and speaking with the Director of Events. Upon completion of either of the two aforementioned ways to reserve a room, your form will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation via email or regular mail of your date. Once all the details are finalized with regards to your rental, a deposit or full payment will be required to complete your rental transaction. All rentals that have a final cost of $250 or less, will need to be paid in full upon signing of the contract. Rentals exceeding $250 will be required to make a 50 percent down payment on total rental and accessories and provide a credit card number for use on a clean up deposit. Any food services or beverage purchases will need to be arranged through the Food & Beverages Director. All alcoholic beverages requested for a specific event or rental will need to be purchased 15 days prior to event. There are no refunds on alcohol purchases. A link will be provided soon that will allow online reservations of rooms.
