Prior to purchasing tickets, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the following ticketing policies and services:
Ticket Fees: There are usually fees added to the published ticket price. There is a $3 dollar per-ticket facility fee. Additional fees may apply to certain events.
Disability Seating: Wheelchair and disability seating locations are available on the main level of the theater (see seating chart for details). Patrons wishing to take advantage of these limited special seating locations are asked to telephone the box office at (641) 472-2787 before purchasing tickets to a performance.
Tickets for Children: Most contractual arrangements require that all children have tickets and separate seats. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. Coincidentally, the Sondheim Center reserves the right to deny admission to children under 5 years to any event in which a disruptive child would adversely impact the expectations of performers and other patrons.
Group Sales: Discount group reservations are available for many Sondheim Center performances. To start planning, call (641) 472-2000.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be purchased in a variety of denominations and are redeemable for all events held at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center. Call (641) 472-2787 for more information.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds. The policy for lost, stolen or damaged tickets can be viewed at this PDF - (Coming Soon).
Ticket Issues: Have an issue with your tickets? The box office staff is more than happy to help. Please email details to Ticket Relations and a ticket agent will contact you as soon as possible. Please remember to include your phone number.
