The Southeast Iowa Farm Show, ready for its 3rd annual show on Saturday, March 4 at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., is rapidly becoming one of the state's best exhibition of agriculture machinery, seed and technology, grain handling and more to assist in today's farming operations.

New this year is the confirmed appearance of Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey, who will meet and speak to attendees at 11:30 a.m.

Last year's Show welcomed 50 vendors and more than 1000 attendees throughout the day. Machinery will again line Main Street and new this year, Sweet & Saucy BBQ will be providing mouth-watering beef and pork.  

Admission to the Farm Show continues to be free and all attendees receive the full-color Southeast Iowa Farm Show Commemorative program and bag.

Bill Northey, a fourth generation farmer from Spirit Lake, has served as Iowa's Secretary of Agriculture since 2006 and continues to travel Iowa's 99 counties discussing the future of agriculture with farmers and rural Iowans. Northey's priorities leading Iowa's Agriculture are advancing science and new technologies to better care for Iowa's air, soil and water and reaching out to Iowans to tell the story of agriculture.

An Evening with Collin Raye in the Sondheim Theater following the Farm Show. The tradition continues of welcoming a country music national recording artist to the Sondheim stage the night of the show. Click here for the Collin Raye event page.

You are invited to spend An Evening with Collin Raye, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 - $39 and available at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center Ticket Office, 641-472-2787.


If you are in the agriculture business, we invite you to be a vendor at the Southeast Iowa Farm Show. Your customers will be here and we want you to be here, too.
Booth fee: $200
Booth fee includes: 10 ft. x 10 ft. space, table, linen and skirt and two chairs, electricity available
Lunch ticket: You receive one complimentary lunch ticket with each booth.

The 2017 Southeast Iowa Farm Show Commemorative Program is provided to all show attendees and vendors. The program features pertinent show information, as well as biographical information of Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey, the featured speaker at the Show from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and advertising from featured agriculture related businesses.
