Just in case you have never met Clifford, here are your "Cliff" notes: Emily Elizabeth, a little city kid picked out the smallest puppy from a litter of puppies as her birthday present. Nobody knew that Clifford would grow and grow, but Emily Elizabeth's love for her sweet pet puppy changed Clifford dramatically. He grew to be over 25 feet tall forcing the Howard family to leave the city. They had to move to the open spaces of Birdwell Island just for the sake this Big Red Dog. Birdwell is an anagram of author Norman Bridwell's last name.
Clifford is the number one television show with children 2 - 11 yrs. old across all television networks and has been nominated for five Emmy Awards. The original children's book series created by author Norman Bridwell was first published in 1963.
